I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Zheravna. the location is perfect, right in front of the Art gallery and opposite a restaurant, making it convenient for exploring the area and grabbing a bite to eat. Secondly, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist us. They even provided us with rooms on the ground floor, which had internet connection, allowing us to work during our visit. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. It had a lovely selection of traditional dishes that brought back childhood memories.

Located in a charming old town with cobblestone streets and beautiful architecture. The buffet breakfast was decent with many options. The hotel caters to families with its game room and children's activities. However, the highlight was the Christmas dinner that consisted of delicious traditional dishes.

The rooms were cold and drafty and the heating was not functioning properly. We had to rely on extra blankets provided by the hotel.
